I was installing an ecobee and blew the transformer. I called Americool Sunday night and Johnny came out the next day. He is very friendly and is a hard worker. When he’s not salsa dancing he’s fixing your HVAC problems. Richie was also very friendly and helpful.

The service call is $75, which is an industry standard for HVAC service. I’m sure you can find cheaper but I didn’t feel like calling around and anyone reputable is going to charge around that much. They fixed the problem quickly and stuck around to make sure it was working afterwards.

Johnny is a partner in the company. It’s good to see a business owner caring about his company and putting in the work to earn the reputation.

I would recommend these guys.

UPDATE: (May 20, 17)

I had issues with my other a/c unit. Johnny came out. Within 10 mins he figured out the problem. Within 35 mins of arriving the problem was fixed. He’s a pro that doesn’t mess around. He also has competitive prices.

He’s a brand you can count on.
