Mr. Figueroa came out on a Saturday (today) and fixed my AC unit. I had called a few other places and no one could come. I have 2 little kids and really needed it fixed ASAP. He worked it out to come and even worked with me on the price (usually weekend pricing is higher). I appreciated that.

We had a problem with our AC again this evening. I called Mr. Figueroa back (I had kept his card), thinking that maybe we could get some help tomorrow. As it happened, Mr. Figueroa was on his way home, but was willing to make a detour to stop by and check it out. As it turned out, my breaker had tripped, possibly due to the storm we had in this area today, and my AC was actually o.k. He didn’t charge me for the trouble of coming by…so, my AC is working and I didn’t have to pay for the help – what a relief!
